David Habba

My name is David Habba. I am passionate about positive social change and concerned about justice for the oppressed.

I live in what is known as the "food basket" of Nigeria yet where hunger and poverty reigns. This injustice angers me.

I am angered by acts of injustice whereever and whenever they are committed, against whoever by anybody. I can't tolorate seeing or hearing about injustice. This is me, a core Nigerian youth activist and activism is my activity. 

I am positive that one day, our ideal world will arrive and when that happens, I should be able to answer the question "what did you do?" This drives me daily to want to contribute my quota to bettering our world.

I joined Activista Nigeria as a core volunteer in 2007  and am currently involved in the process of building Activista Nigeria into a strong network that serves as a platform for youth and student. This will rebuild and reawaken the consciousness of young Nigerians and coalesce the energies of young people scattered and uncoordinated in the country towards a greater vision of total transformation of the Nigerian society. A society in which justice and equity will reign, and poverty will be a thing of the past. 

I am  currently studying for a Bachelors Degree in Sociology at the Benue State University. I love to write, surf the internet and travel.
