ActionAid Australia is currently seeking a switched on and passionate human rights advocate, to join a vibrant team and shine as our new superstar Supporter Services Manager.

The Supporter Services Manager is responsible for the running of Supporter Services activities and the team, in terms of planning and execution, including the direct responsibility of day to day tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring the profitability of direct marketing programs by providing excellence in supporter relations and donation processing. This role also manages the Community Giving Program.

This will be done by coordinating the effective day to day processing and reporting of regular giving, direct mail and other donations for the growing donation areas, including ensuring processes are performed according to procedures and service standards.
