In the Bahirdar office, Northern Region, ActionAid works with over 700,000 people in six woredas in Amhara, Tigray and Afar states.

 

The Regional office works with more than 42 partners. 

 

The Benishangul Gumuz office in Assosa, Western Region, coordinates various projects in ten districts. Around 153,776 people are involved directly in the programmes.

 

More than 625,000 benefit indirectly from the programmes.

The Central Region office, in Addis Ababa, covers Oromiya, Harari, Dire Dawa and Addis Ababa regions. 

 

It supports six urban and rural districts and engages in regional level policy and advocacy oriented activities. Here, ActionAid works with 20 partners adding up to 600,000 people.

 

Located in Awassa, the Southern Region office works in the Southern Nations Nationalities and People’s State (SNNPR) and part of Oromiya.

 

It has seven intervention areas, five in SNNPR and two development areas in Oromiya, targeting over 863,665 people.
