A caravan of hundreds of people crossed Africa to reach the 17th Conference of the Parties (COP17), United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Durban, South Africa.
Setting off in November, the caravan travelled through 9 countries to reach Durban. They travelled all this way to demand that rich nations meet their obligations and take action to solve the global food and climate crisis.
