Position: Team Administrator (Institutional Fundraising Team)

Hours: Part Time 17.5 hours a week

Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 31st July 2019

If you are looking for a CV enhancing experience that will make the most of your skills as well as develop your expertise this role of Team Administrator in the Institutional Fundraising Team (IFT) at ActionAid International is just the opportunity you are looking for. We are focused on helping people use their own power to fight poverty and injustice. We want you to make a difference by providing coordination and administrative support for key areas of our Institutional Funding Team’s work as well as for specific projects.

As Team Administrator you will be involved in developing and maintaining of our IFT intranet and SharePoint online platforms, including supporting the transition from our existing intranet to SharePoint online. You will assist with internal communication initiatives, such as departmental newsletters or global webinars as well as carry out a number of admin tasks (maintaining and updating records, organising team inductions). You will also contribute to change management activity around operational processes and to support the Team Head ensuring the team has collaborative relationships with other teams across the Federation. To act as an Office365 Champion as the team transitions onto the new platform and to encourage new ways of working.

To succeed you will have extensive experience of providing office or senior level executive support. Naturally good with people, with excellent communication and IT skills including advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will have proven experience of using conferencing and online collaboration tools, such as Skype, Teams, Yammer and Zoom too.
