As Team Administrator you will be involved in developing and maintaining of our IFT intranet and SharePoint online platforms, including supporting the transition from our existing intranet to SharePoint online. You will assist with internal communication initiatives, such as departmental newsletters or global webinars as well as carry out a number of admin tasks (maintaining and updating records, organising team inductions). You will also contribute to change management activity around operational processes and to support the Team Head ensuring the team has collaborative relationships with other teams across the Federation. To act as an Office365 Champion as the team transitions onto the new platform and to encourage new ways of working.
To succeed you will have extensive experience of providing office or senior level executive support. Naturally good with people, with excellent communication and IT skills including advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will have proven experience of using conferencing and online collaboration tools, such as Skype, Teams, Yammer and Zoom too.
