The cases included in this section are a mix of ones drawn from the organisations involved in the action research, from other advocacy struggles and a few short fictional ones that are based on compilation of experiences from a number of sources.

They have been shortened and formatted to fit the Resource Pack and are included as workshop material to aid discussion on some of the key issues covered in this Pack. We include case studies of different length - short ones for short workshop sessions and longer ones for when you want to cover issues in more depth.

Each case study is followed by suggested discussion questions. These are only indicative and you may well find you want to use your own questions to investigate an issue that is concerning you.
