A Report on Preventing Violent Extremism in Nasarawa State.

In recent years, growing discontent and violent agitations that have roots in deprivation and poverty has led to increased violent extremism in the Northeast, a restive insurgency in the Niger Delta region and incidence of violent extremist recruitment, coupled with new eruptions of violence (primarily rooted in ethnic and cultural diffeernces, economic inequalities and resource constraints).
