This report explores humanitarian principles and practice in the aftermath of the 2009 conflict in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and gives reccomendations for how to increase awaresness of the principles both within the humanitarian community and amongst communities affected by conflict and disasters.

This is a balanced and objective research report, whose findings and recommendations will not only help humanitarian organizations but also the larger population.
