Communications expert with more than 8 years of experience in journalism both as a reporter and editor with reputable media houses in Rwanda and in the region. With professional qualifications in Administrative and Political sciences, he has specific knowledge in social research and critical data analysis. He has wide knowledge in networking and relationship building especially with various donor and government agencies that give him an extensive experience of advocacy and policy work using his communications expertise in Rwanda. He has spearheaded various campaign and policy works in Actionaid Rwanda in areas of  education, women rights and Food right and Livelihood in particular Early Childhood Education and public financing in education, Violence agianst women and hungerFREE campaigns. He is the Web manager of the country webpage and digital social networks
