GB Adhikari

My name is Gyan Bahadur Adhikari; most of us in the organization only know me by the name of GB.  Just completed my tenure as country director and moved on to Asia Regional Office to work as Program Quality Advisor in South East Asia mainly in Thailand and Vietnam. My principle role is to work with colleagues of the country programmes to deliver high quality programs. I am trying to shape out the program in more right based approaches and improving relations with the communities and partners to measure impact of the programs where we are working.  I am also helping senior colleagues at country level by sharing my experiences working in different countries from grassroots to country program leadership management.
