Delhi based Jessica Faleiro co-ordinates a multi-country project developing indicators and a framework for ActionAid’s human rights based approach to Resilience. 

Faleiro has a strong research and policy background in Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change adaptation, working on multi-country projects for the Global Network for Disaster Reduction and Tearfund. 

Prior to switching to the international development sector she worked as an information analyst for the UK government and an environmental lobbyist for the timber import and retail sectors.
