The fourth Country Strategy Paper(CSP IV) defines the organisation strategic direction towards contributing to social justice,gender equality and ending poverty in the coming five years(2018-2022).The strategy builds on the gains and experiences the organisation has made since its inception and takes a more transformative approach and commitment to the purpose for which it stands.
