ActionAid is a global movement of people working together to further human rights and defeat poverty for all.

We tackle poverty and denial of human rights at the local level, and we challenge the causes behind them locally, nationally and globally. We don’t dictate solutions. We work with communities over time, using our resources, skills, knowledge and contacts to strengthen their own efforts to end poverty.

Read our brochure and watch this video about our Journey of 30 Years in Uganda. If that sounds like the kind of thing you would like to be involved in, please read on.
