As you receive your last edition of the weekly this year, allow me to recognise the following people who made it possible for you to receive this publication every Monday of the week; Ivan Mpagi, Sheila Bukirwa and Stephen Bahizi have been my dedicated editors on voluntary basis. Allow me recognise another passionate committed individual, Ms Samanya Rita Kyategeka, by delivering the weekly every other week, she truly lived to her tittle as the Communications Officer.
