Our Programs Director, Harriet lost her father. On Friday morning, the ActionAid family lost James AA. Otto, its longest serving member of the Governing Board. And one of the Original Subscribers to the Memorandum and Articles of Association that formed ActionAid International Uganda, Mr. Emmanuel Ofumbi lost his wife.
