But in a bid to provide platforms for massive community awareness on land rights, ActionAid Gulu Cluster in partnership with the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development and Participa-tory Ecological Land Use Management [PELUM] conducted a one week land awareness drive in the district in commemoration of the Land Awareness week. This year’s land awareness week was observed under the theme: ‘Together we protect our land’.
