At the beginning of 2015, we made three institutional promises, in addition to our unwavering commitments to standing by and delivering justice for people living in poverty, especially women and young people.
The first institutional promise was to use 2015 to focus, do less and do it better; the second was to re-examine our structure and ways of working to achieve greater efficiency and the third was to invest more in fundraising to protect our mission in the face of challenging financial times for NGOs in particular and development sector in general.
