It took the caravan over four hours to transit from Kanungu to Rubale, a distance of just 85kms. The road was is a sorry state, true testimony of quality services that the People of Kanungu and Rubale have been denied. The residents however lamented about the high poverty levels that were forcing them to accept bribes in exchange for their votes.
