Loss and damage from climate change: the cost for poor people in developing countries

This paper highlights the looming financial hole if loss and damage in developing countries is left unaddressed, and calls for increased interest and engagement on the issue from countries negotiating through the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) as well as climate advocates in general.
